Today I wanted to share with you a story that is near and dear to my heart.

A story that began when I was still working for L’Oréal. During my time there was a vision to elevate education into an extraordinary experience. I found a kindred spirit in Jodie, my training manager, and together, we embarked on a journey to transform our hairdressing education. Our dream was simple yet profound: to take our hairdressers on a journey of dreaming, excelling, and succeeding.

As I assumed the role of the education department head, Jodie and I shared a passion for creating an experience that matched the quality of our products. We envisioned a symphony, with me conducting the big picture, and Jodie bringing life to the intricate details. We worked seamlessly, aiming to position L’Oréal’s education at the pinnacle of the industry.

Our paths eventually diverged, with me venturing into a profound personal transformation and Jodie discovering the power of tapping into the nervous system. Later, when our journeys converged again, it became evident that our individual strengths could create something extraordinary together.

Embrace Your Extraordinary (EYE) was born—a venture rooted in collaboration, compassion, and an understanding that true transformation begins with remembering and revealing your true nature, which is truly extraordinary. EYE is about creating a community of people who are daring enough to explore and embrace everything that makes them extraordinary.

In the face of a world filled with uncertainties, we felt compelled to create a service founded on kindness, forgiveness, and unwavering support. EYE emerged as a testament to the power of collaboration, kindness, and extraordinary transformations that unfold when we choose to embrace our vulnerabilities and fears.

The creation of EYE mirrored my personal journey—a journey of letting go, embracing change, and stepping into a future filled with possibilities. It became clear that our extraordinary selves don't emerge in isolation but through shared support and collaboration.
