Recently, I attended an event organised by one of my clients, specifically tailored for women in their mid-life. The energy in the room was invigorating, filled with like-minded individuals eager to explore what it means to feel truly alive. We laughed, shared stories, and bonded over our shared experiences. As the evening wound down, a group of us continued the connection by enjoying a delightful dinner together. This experience reminded me of the importance of nurturing a connection with ourselves and actively seeking out moments that bring us joy and vitality.
