Arrive & Thrive in Wellbeing arms teenage girls with a powerful truth: that they have what it takes to confidently face and beat any challenge. It positions them to flourish despite a national rise in teenage angst, reflected in statistics that state:

Only 62 per cent

of girls in secondary school said they had a strong sense of wellbeing.

More than 55 per cent

were assessed as anxious.*

I know you want her to be:

Health— mentally, physically and emotionally

Sure of her worth

Strong enough to stand up for herself

Fearless of her potential

Wise enough to walk away

True to herself — always

The Arrive & Thrive in Wellbeing Program empowers her to be all this

and more.

In and out of school, your girl must fight battles she may be unequipped to win: bullying, peer pressure, body image discontent, and confusion from compromising or forfeiting her identity to fit in.

You may have noticed she is:

  • Experiencing a rough patch

  • Wrestling with mood swings, frustration and/or internal conflict

  • Struggling to relate to you, as you are to her

  • Growing ever distant

  • Searching for help to navigate life

You’re unsure of what to do or unable to carve out time to reach out and connect.

The Arrive & Thrive in Wellbeing Program offers a dedicated solution:

An online program specifically designed to equip her for life's challenges.

Her Girl’s Circle

Your 13 to 18-year-old will discover more about wellbeing, grow through professional mentoring and connect with a supportive circle of girls. Alongside them, she will enhance her personal resilience, develop her confidence and coping mechanisms for stress, anxiety and change, build positive relationships, and cultivate optimism.

It's an innovative approach that transforms from the inside out and promotes the five core elements of wellbeing:

•        Positive emotion

•        Positive engagement

•        Positive relationships

•        Positive meaning

•        Positive achievement

I WASN'T REALLY SURE WHAT TO EXPECT AND THOUGHT IT WOULD PROBABLY BE A WASTE OF TIME, BUT MUM REALLY WANTED ME TO GO. I WAS SO SURPRISED; I GOT SO MUCH FROM IT. I LOVED THE NURTURING ENVIRONMENT AND FELT SAFE TO TALK ABOUT CHALLENGING ISSUES. I LEARNED LOTS OF WAYS TO OVERCOME MY NEGATIVE INNER VOICE AND DEVELOP THE CONFIDENCE TO ACHIEVE MY DREAMS. I NOW FEEL MORE EQUIPPED TO FACE LIFE'S CHALLENGES.

THANK YOU DEIDRE FOR CREATING SUCH AN EMPOWERING SPACE FOR MY DAUGHTER. EVEN AFTER THE FIRST DAY SHE WAS SO EXCITED AND COULDN'T STOP TALKING ABOUT WHAT SHE HAD LEARNT ALL THE WAY HOME. SHE SAID SHE FEELS MORE EMPOWERED TO BE HERSELF AND FOLLOW HER DREAMS INSTEAD OF FEELING THE NEED TO FIT IN WITH OTHERS.

WHAT GIRLS

ARE SAYING

I REALLY LOVED UNDERSTANDING MORE ABOUT MYSELF AND LEARNING HOW I CAN BE THE PERSON I WANT TO BE. I FEEL CONFIDENT AND BRAVE TO BE MYSELF. WE ALL HAVE OUR OWN UNIQUE STRENGTHS AND NOW I'M MORE AWARE OF HOW TO USE THEM.

Emma

I WAS REALLY NERVOUS AND SCARED COMING AS I HAD NEVER BEEN TO ANYTHING LIKE THIS AND I DIDN'T KNOW ANYONE. I WAS SURPRISED THAT VERY QUICKLY I FELT COMFORTABLE AS EVERYONE MAKE ME FEEL WELCOMED AND COMFORTABLE. I LEARNT STUFF ABOUT MYSELF WHICH WILL HELP ME TO BE A BETTER PERSON AND I ALSO MADE SOME NEW FRIENDS AND HAD LOTS OF FUN.

Kaitlyn

IT WAS GREAT TO SPEND TIME WITH SOME OTHER GIRLS AND REALISE THAT THE THINGS I WAS STRUGGLING WITH THE OTHER GIRLS WERE. I'M ACTUALLY OK AND I'M NORMAL. I REALLY ENJOYED THE OPEN DISCUSSIONS AND FELT SAFE TO REALLY TALK ABOUT WHAT I WAS FEELING AND NOW I HAVE SOME TOOLS TO HELP ME ACHIEVE MY GOALS WITH CONFIDENCE AND BELIEF.
