The Truth About Effortless Meditation

There are many different types of meditation taught both in the East and the West, which require anything from an extreme to a moderate degree of concentration and mental control. When learning these types of meditation, practitioners often experience a sense of failure and frustration in not being able to meditate correctly nor experience the true relief and results they are after.

By contrast, Deidre teaches an Effortless Meditation technique, which requires no form of concentration or mental control at all. Practitioners don’t have to “switch their mind off”, “think of nothing”, nor “clear their mind of all thoughts”. What’s more, the Effortless Meditation technique is extremely easy to learn and practice, feels really enjoyable to do, and the benefits in the mind and body are noticed very quickly.

Our form of Effortless Meditation is completely non-religious, is practiced sitting comfortably in a chair or on the couch and can be practiced by ANYONE (especially those that have a highly active ‘monkey mind’).

While meditation is a fantastic reactive solution when you are feeling stressed, it is even more powerful as a preventative strategy from getting stressed in the first place. Deidre has dedicated herself to becoming highly qualified in various holistic practices. She trained as a meditation teacher in both guided and self-directed Effortless Meditation, earning certifications in each specialisation. Deidre is also a certified meditation coach, providing guidance and support to individuals on their meditation journey.

Additionally, she is a Level 1 Reiki practitioner, an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner, and holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Matrix Therapies coaching. Furthermore, she is a Transformation Coach and holds numerous other coaching qualifications. 

With her extensive training and expertise, Deidre is committed to guiding others on their journey to holistic wellness, inner peace and embracing their extraordinary, as she believes that everyone has the potential to unlock their unique gifts and lead a fulfilling life.
