Deidre's Meditation Journey
Meditation found me at a crossroads. After leaving corporate with burnout, I wasn't sure who I was outside of the role I had played for so long, or where I was headed next. I began practising Transcendental Meditation and it became my anchor I didn't know I was looking for.
Through daily practice, I discovered how profoundly simple tools like stillness, breath and awareness could shift a nervous system from high alert back to centre. What began as a personal lifeline became a deep area of study and, eventually, a core part of the work I do with others.
Since then, I have trained as a certified meditation teacher in both guided and self-directed Effortless Meditation, as a certified meditation coach, and as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner. These practices are not theoretical for me. They are the tools I return to every day, and the ones I now share with the people I work with.
I created these meditations for you because I know what it feels like to carry more than you should have to. And I know that the way back to yourself is closer than it seems.
